Our team have been market leaders in Data & AI for 6 years and have significant experience in what is now considered 'traditional' AI and Machine Learning. While Data and 'traditional' AI remain highly valuable, the future is most certainly Generative AI.

Microsoft’s significant investment in Open AI has given Microsoft a significant competitive edge in the use of Large Language Models (LLMs), so that people can do more with less. LLMs can help automate processes that were difficult to automate before and allow less skilled people to do tasks that they couldn’t do in the past.  

Integrating Copilots  

On top of a Generative AI approach, the integration of copilots can allow users to enhance their experience in self-service analytics, for example, automating the report-building process. This not only saves time but also enables less experienced individuals to leverage advanced analytics capabilities, democratising access to AI-driven insights.  

As a leading partner for Microsoft across Australia and New Zealand, we have had access to PowerBI Copilot from the Redmond product team as part of the global Fabric featured partners group. We've had immense success with the Microsoft built copilots for PowerBI, D365 and PowerApps, but equally a lot of success building custom Copilots.

We adopt an agile delivery model, typically delivering solution blueprints driven by use cases to deliver value within a few sprints. We often stop development, assessing the output, with this approach allowing the customer to get value, then re-engage to refine the solution for other use cases. This approach allows us to prioritise features, gather feedback, and rapidly iterate on solutions to ensure they meet customers' evolving needs.  

Post-implementation we can support using a retainer model, allowing customers to have ongoing advice and development support for their OpenAI platforms over 12, 24 and 36 month periods. We find this to be an effective way of collaborating and empowering our customers' internal teams and maximising the value of your Generative AI investments in the long term.
